	At the meeting in Lisbon, the Executive Board decided not to have elections at the General Assembly 2010. Mr. Koos Engelbrecht will be Acting President and Ms. Sharon Martin will be Acting Secretary General for the duration of Mrs. Margret Kellner's and Mr. Alan Dickson's term in office, wich end in 2011.
